How long does a home addition take?
Most home additions take 3 to 12 months to complete. The timeframe depends on project scope, permitting, weather, and other factors specific to your property. We provide a realistic schedule upfront and keep you informed with regular updates throughout construction.
Do you build ADUs and in-law suites?
Yes. We design and build private, self-contained living spaces with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchenettes, and the features that suit your needs — whether for extended family, guests, or a rental unit. We handle permitting and ensure the space complies with Houston's local codes.
Can you add a second story to an existing home?
